These rich, fudgy brownies are infused with bursts of fresh raspberry flavor, creating the perfect balance of tart and sweet. Each bite offers the deep chocolatey taste you crave, enhanced by the brightness of juicy raspberries.

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter, melted

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa, preferably, dutch processed

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 cup all purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup fresh raspberries

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F.
  2. Grease or line an 8x8 square pan with parchment paper; set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl combine the melted butter, sugar and cocoa powder and whisk vigorously until the sugar has dissolved.
  4. Add the eggs and vanilla and whisk until well combined and the batter is shiny.
  5. Whisk in the flour and salt until the flour is just combined. 
  6. Gently fold in the fresh raspberries and chocolate chips.
  7. Spread evenly into the pan and bake for approximately 20 minutes, until the center is slightly set.  
  8. Cool completely then cut into 9 large squares or 16 small squares.
