2 cups boxed red velvet cake mix
2 large eggs
1/2 cup melted vegetable oil
1 chocolate pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl mix together the cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil.
- Spread the mixture into a chocolate pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is dry and the center is just slightly jiggly.
- Let the pie cool completely until it is set, then cut and serve.
