An easy no-bake Oreo dessert, perfect for the warmer months!

Ingredients

1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

20 Oreo cookies, crushed (plus more for topping)

1 pre-made Oreo crust (or homemade if you prefer)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese and butter until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Mix in powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Stir in the crushed Oreos until evenly distributed.
  6. Spoon the filling into your prepared crust and smooth out the top.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Top with more crushed Oreos or whipped cream before serving, if you’d like!

Notes

  • You can substitute Cool Whip for the heavy cream if you’re short on time.
  • Feel free to use any Oreo flavor to switch things up.
  • Pie will keep in the fridge for 4–5 days or can be frozen in slices for up to 1 month.
