These homemade Everything Bagel Crackers are crispy, buttery, and loaded with savory everything bagel seasoning and Parmesan cheese. They’re easy to make, perfect for snacking or cheese boards, and sturdy enough for gifting and shipping.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Add the cold butter and cut it into the flour mixture using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and everything bagel seasoning.
  4. Add the cold water a little at a time, mixing until the dough comes together.
  5. Divide the dough in half and shape into disks. Wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Roll the dough very thin on a lightly floured surface, about ?-inch thick.
  8. Cut into squares or rectangles and transfer to the prepared baking sheets.
  9. Brush lightly with beaten egg and sprinkle with extra everything bagel seasoning. Prick each cracker with a fork.
  10. Bake for 14 to 18 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.
  11. For extra crispy crackers, reduce the oven temperature to 300°F and bake the crackers for an additional 8 to 12 minutes.
  12. Let cool completely before storing.
